'When we decided to book a family holiday to South Africa, we knew we would be in safe hands with Here's My Card organising our itinerary, but the level of service & attention to detail surpassed all our expectations! As we were holidaying with 2 young children, we wanted a mix of self-catering accommodation & hotels & everywhere needed to be baby friendly!
The accommodation Here's my Card arranged for us was fantastic, but it was the small touches they provided us that really made a difference. Arriving at our villa with a fridge filled with food; having our car hire arranged & booked; having all the baby equipment organised; having great venues for lunch & dinner all booked it advance - it all helped make our holiday super relaxing.
Kerry and Clare left a helpful brochure containing a suggested daily itinerary, useful information with maps & places to visit with children; like the Cape Town Aquarium & Boulders beach - where the children loved meeting the penguins!

'We had a fantastic trip to South Africa. It was our first time in Africa & we were thrilled with the whole trip! We started off in Cape Town for a couple of days, seeing all this beautiful city had to offer. We then drove to a splendid nature retreat in the Cederberg Mountains which was fabulous. Next stop was the Cape Winelands with its beautiful countryside & wonderful wine! Our final destination was an absolutely great safari experience in the Sabi Sands. We managed to see all the Big Five as close encounters with the leopards. We were even lucky enough to witness a mating leopard couple.

'We have been on many family holidays over the past twenty years and have travelled extensively around the world but our visit to South Africa was the most memorable experience of our lives. South Africa is a destination we have always wanted to visit and it certainly lived up to all our expectations, and beyond. We spend ten wonderful days in Cape Town, Franschhoek and on the Kwandwe Game Reserve. Clare and Kerry provided us with a fantastic itinerary, they recommended some lovely hotels and helped us with all the day to day planning of activities, and so many amazing lunches and dinners. Our only disappointment was that we didn't have longer to explore this beautiful country which offers such variety and excitement. This does mean however that we will be back for more in a few years time!

We decided to come back to South Africa – Cape Town & Franschhoek for a third year & this time we decided to have the travel experts, Kerry & Clare from Here's My Card plan our trip. On arrival at the villa, our list of food shopping had been organised & delivered so that we didn't need to bother with anything for the first couple of days. They also organised lunches & dinners at some of Cape Town & The Winelands top restaurants/wine estates which were all fabulous and saved us a lot of time and mistakes. Their bespoke & tailor-made pack which was waiting for us at the villa was our 'go-to-guide' & we referred to it often to read up on what had been arranged for us and to check out all the suggestions on things to see & do in The Mother City & the surrounds.

'When I decided to propose to my girlfriend in South Africa, I knew there was only 2 people to help me arrange a holiday of a lifetime to the level of detail that such an important decision requires… Clare and Kerry! Their discreet yet ever so personal service made the 12,000 mile round trip, with ring in hand, completely hassle free. Having already been lucky enough to enjoy a holiday to South Africa arranged by HMC before, choosing them again was a very easy decision.
From the initial planning to our return to the UK, Clare and Kerry's enthusiasm and passion for my journey was overwhelming. In true HMC style, I was prepared for a few "surprises" along the way but not to the extent of everything they did for us, including upgrades in each property, great recommendations for restaurants, bars, hotel and tourist hot spots and re-arranging plans to accommodate for unexpected weather.
There was also a welcome pack including a detailed day by day itinerary for the trip and this 'bible' did not leave my sight. Moreover, they were incredibly instrumental and influential in assisting with my proposal plans. They helped me chose the restaurant and liaised directly with them to discreetly arrange the lunch.
HMC made the entire planning element so simple and completely took the burden of my shoulders. Clare and Kerry clearly know exactly what they are doing. I never felt pressured into any arrangement and was always very happy to hear their thoughts and ideas. They know the country very well and are clearly very good at what they do.
